Although we do not wear capes, our state conference team carefully crafted a schedule of speakers to strengthen your arsenal of HR super powers for the ALSHRM 2016 State Conference!
Our two day conference is going to cover topics such as employment law, engagement, healthcare, OSHA, talent acquisition, change management, communication barriers, engagement and IMPROVISATION! We have some of the industry’s most sought after keynote speakers coming to Alabama just for you! The conference will allow you to connect with fellow HR leaders as well as leading HR vendors all in an effort to help YOU with your daily job duties. You will leave the two day conference with plenty of resources to take back to the work place and implement or utilize to launch your department to the next level.
We have submitted the conference for both HRCI and SHRM credit. We also have a fantastic cocktail reception planned for Tuesday night where you can network with fellow attendees and vendors as well as participate in a $500 dollar drawing! In 2015, our conference was approved for 10.25 general SHRM and HRCI credits with 2.5 business/strategic and 1.25 GPHR re-certification credits with HRCI.
