Alana Williams, CEO/Corporate EEO Consultant, Investigator, and Prevention Trainer of J.A.Investigative Services, LLC will be presenting on workplace harassment!

Alana specializes in assisting businesses with resolving their hostile conflicts such as workplace harassment, to include, sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Alana is able to offer professional and competent services in the areas of EEO Investigations, professional development training, and EEO consultations and personalized services, to include performing workplace harassment assessments.

Alana N. Williams has over 10 years of experience in the criminal justice system, specializing in law enforcement and investigations. Since 2013, Alana has been a criminal justice instructor at her alma mater, Alabama State University. She possesses an Instructor Development Certification from the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation), she is a Certified EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) Investigator, and she is a Certified APOST Instructor, which allows her to teach at police academies. Alana’s educational background consists of a M.S. in Criminal Justice from Faulkner University and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Alabama State University.
