Session #1 - Leadership When Timing Matters - The Intersection of HR and Time Science

This is not your typical time management talk. The presentation will focus on the effect time of day and other time-based factors have on productivity and people management. The presentation is based upon the research summarized in Daniel Pink's book, When: The Scientific Secrets of Perfect Timing. We will consider how HR can change their approach to scheduling their days and those of their staff so as to maximize our prime time for our best work.
