    Meeting Overview:

This interactive workshop is designed to provide attendees with real time examples of Diversity ROI approaches using state-of-the-art web-based diversity analytics and computing approaches. We will discuss how to link the Diversity ROI business case to strategic business objectives and action plans.

    Learning Objectives:

The session will also highlight a web-based platform that goes beyond “best practices” to state-of-the-art “diversity next practices”. This workshop will help diversity practitioners:

    • Describe how to track diversity performance in real time using an integrated networked system
    • Align diversity measures with strategic business objectives
    • Explain "drill down" capability requirements to view diversity measures and results by location, workgroup, or key result areas
    • Describe how to conduct multiple comparisons of actual diversity initiative performance to organizational targets, stretch goals, historical performance, benchmarks, or other reference points
    • Describe how to calculate Diversity Return-on-Investment and Benefit-Cost Ratios

Recertification Credits:  Approved for 1 strategic HRCI credit
