America's Best Health Plans - The US News & World Report has released their 2006 rankings for America's Best Health Plans in conjunction with the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). This report ranks health plans in every state in the nation base upon their clinical performance, patient experience and satisfaction as well as their NCQA Accreditation status.
