This presentation will focus on the role of HR metrics in building and supporting organizational strategy.  In this session we will examine how to design, implement and utilize HR metrics within an organization.  More specifically, we will examine the following topics.  The purpose of the HR metrics and how they can benefit your organization.  We will explore what types of metrics should be collected and how to go about collecting these metrics.  We will examine how HR managers can use data to help their organization realize its strategy.

Additionally, we will present a detailed discussion of HR metric “best practices” and the more common metrics collected by most organizations. This class has limited space so we are only opening registration to our SPHR certified members at this time. To register you must visit www.nashrm.org and login as a member.   Once you are logged in go to events and  register for the HR Metrics class.  Please contact me if you have problems registering. After November 5th we will open registration to all members so please make your plans to register early.

NASHRM has planned an event specifically for our SPHR certified professionals to have an opportunity to earn 3 strategic credits.
